We provide ambulatory transportation, dialysis rides, hospital discharges transport, rehab and physical therapy trips, and companion ride services throughout buncombe and Henderson counties. At Webb of Love Mobility Co., our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation throughout Asheville, Arden, Hendersonville, and Western North Carolina. And parts of South Carolina (Greenville, Greer and Spartanburg). Also parts of Tennessee(East Tennessee, Knoxville). We exist to ensure that every senior, every patient, and every individual with a mobility challenge has access to the medical care they need- on time, every time. One-Way Flat Rates
- 0-5 miles: $40
- 6-10 miles: $55
- 11-15 miles: $70
- 16-20 miles: $85
- 21-30 miles: $110
- 31-50 miles: $150
- 51+ miles: $2.25 per mile (Pre-Approval Required)
Round Trip Flat Rates
- 0-5 miles: $75
- 6-10 miles: $95
- 11-15 miles: $120
- 16-20 miles: $140
- 21-30 miles: $200
- 31-50 miles: $275
- 51+ miles: $2.50 per mile (each way). Pre-Approval Required.
Wait Time Charges
The first hour of wait time is included in your roundtrip rates at no additional charge.
After the first included hour, additional wait time is billed $25 per hour.
Wait time charges may be waived in the event of unexpected provider delays.
After-Hours, Weekend & Holiday Rates
A $30 surcharge applies to transportation scheduled after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or recognized holidays.
